 We are currently seeking a Casting Associate to join our Casting and Talent Management team. As Casting Associate for this department, you will help find, cast, and manage talent from A – Z. 


  • include the following.

  • Assist the Casting Director / Talent Relations Manager with all aspects of talent 

  • Help identify new resources for casting talent 

  • Research and vet new potential talent, put together new talent pitch decks for Casting Director and Production team 

  • Schedule interviews and conference calls between Casting Director and talent / agents 

  • Arrange auditions (find and book audition space, ensure necessary equipment is present and working, conduct auditions with Casting Director, organize files post-audition and present to the team) 

  • Maintain talent database, availability, and life events 

  • Help maintain strong relationships with talent by sending cards, thank-you letters and gifts, life event gifts and more 

  • Assist in training and onboarding new talent 

  • Draft term sheets, SOWs, and agreements for Casting Director 

  • Understand existing production workload and schedule to identify talent needs and stay ahead of the ask 

  • Has a good grasp on current fitness trends 

  • Other administrative duties as needed Who you will be working with 

  • Reports to Casting Director / Talent Relations Manager 

  • Works closely with staff Producers, Master Trainer, and Trainers 

  • On-camera talent

Hard Requirements 

  • Must work on location in Logan, Utah 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in casting for television/video production

Soft Requirements 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 

  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Organize and facilitate the casting of actors 

  • Good memory

  •  Excellent organizational skills 

  • Positive attitude, team player 

  • Precise attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently 

  • Must be willing to travel The Perks 


  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  •  Minimum of 3 years experience in casting for television/video production

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fraction.

Must have great people skills.  Able to handle stressful situations.  Must have a positive attitude. 

As needed for position.  May require a valid driver’s license.
