[FRANK ABAGNALE, JR]: CAST

SEEKING:

[CARL HANRATTY] Male, 42-60. Any race/ethnicity. An FBI bank fraud agent leading the investigation and search for Frank Jr. A knowledgeable and habitual workaholic who idolizes the moment he catches his perp, but Frank Jr. is always one step ahead. Lives a private life of loneliness and depression. Dour and intense, but not without compassion; he develops a father/son relationship with Frank Jr. Strong Mover and Singer (Bari-tenor).

[FRANK ABAGNALE, SR] Male, 45-65. Any race/ethnicity. Frank Jr.’s father; an inspiration when it comes to swindling, but his ways are catching up to him. Handsome, suave, upbeat and fast-talking, he undergoes a series of progressive failures that leaves him a miserable drunk. Loves his wife and son, until they both leave him. Strong Singer (Baritone).

[PAULA ABAGNALE] Female, 40-55. Any race/ethnicity. French accent. Frank Jr.’s gorgeous, elegant mother, born in France. She met Frank Sr. during the war, but has fallen out of love with him. Caring and loving, with an underlying resentment toward her husband and son’s scheming. Leaves Frank Sr. for another man. Strong Mover and Singer (Mezzo).

[BRENDA STRONG] Female, 20-30. Any race/ethnicity. A hard-working, beautiful young nurse with a big heart, who meets and falls in love with Frank Jr while he is posing as a doctor. Sweet, naïve and insecure, she comes to trust him but his true identity clouds her feelings. Strong Singer with a high belt.
