About the Position
For the right candidate, this will be a great opportunity to step into a growing company. The Super Awesome Video Producer is responsible for the ideation, creation and export of all of our video content.
Strong video editing skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling
Produce, shoot and edit compelling content that tells the stories of our clients
Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing, production, and producing
Knowledge of digital video platforms and overall best practices for creating videos able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
An ability to communicate (and help define) our brand voice and mission through video
Extremely creative, organized and dedicated to creating best-in-class videos
Able to work independently and also exchange feedback with a close-knit team
Animated and motion graphics experience a plus
Assist in writing scripts as assigned. Develop shot list and video plans.
Develop finished products of video and other media content in multiple formats as needed
Keep equipment organized, batteries charged and ready to go
Act professionally on shoots and events
Possess a sound working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites products. (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Have experience and sound knowledge of various audiovisual equipment, connections and operation. (Video cameras, DSLR, audio recorders, wireless microphones, various tripods and attachment accessories)
Work with and hire freelancers
Occasionally be available at evenings and weekends for some events
Have a deep care for culture change in entertainment
Must be comfortable with working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
Be friendly, positive and independent and enjoy the art of human relationships
Have a passion for live entertainment and performing arts
