Sr. Administrative Assistant – Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre (YSD/YRT) seeks an individual to serve as Sr. Administrative Assistant to Marketing/Communications Department and Associate Dean’s Office.  Provides a high level of administrative, clerical, and financial bookkeeping support; and designs and deploys email marketing.  Strong self-starter with independent judgment, strongly demonstrated organizational, project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning, proofreading, and editing skills. Required: Experience in budget management, intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel with formulas, Photoshop, and Wordfly (or similar digital communication platform). Preferred: Experience as executive assistant and preparing and processing contracts; in event planning, and marketing in the arts and theater. Proficiency extracting and manipulating complex data in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.  Experience adhering to style guides. Knowledge of Tessitura, Workday, Outlook, and Powerpoint. Minimum salary is $26.89/hr, plus Yale University benefits package. Review of applications will continue until the position is filled.
