Job Description/Responsibilities:  A full-time, non-exempt position, the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the oversight of the Foundation’s facility, equipment, reception, and supplies to enable multiple workflows in a fast-paced office environment. S/he will also provide administrative support to KWF program heads and assume a variety of assignments involving the Foundation’s programs, communications, publications, research center, and business affairs. Duties also include maintenance/population of a variety of databases, internet research, and digitization projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with background/interest in the performing arts. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, problem solve independently, and organize a multi-faceted office environment. Individual should be highly motivated and capable of close attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, musical literacy, and aptitude for troubleshooting IT issues are essential. Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic reading knowledge of German are all desirable.
