Goldbelly is a curated marketplace of the nation’s best gourmet and regionally iconic foods. We partner with food makers to assist them with their nationwide shipping and powering their websites, making it possible for our customers to enjoy the most coveted foods from around the country, right at home!
We are looking for NYC-based team members to join us for 40 hours per week during our high season, early-November to mid-January. Candidates with a flexible weekday schedule and the ability to work remote on weekends are preferred. There is potential to join us for longer based on performance.
Perform customer service responsibilities on email, phone and live chat.
Recognize patterns of customer dissatisfaction, and solve problems.
Partner with other teams to ensure accurate information is relayed to our users.
Grow and nurture customer relationships, and deliver extraordinary results.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You’re self motivated, able to work independently and comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable assisting customers over email, live chat or phone.
You have natural relationship building skills and a passion for developing customer loyalty.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
You enjoy traveling and always seek out the iconic and/or off the beaten path restaurants.
