CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR:

Stage Write is seeking detailed customer service-oriented professionals to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience with Stage Write Software and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a customer service coordinator you will be responsible to interact with and assist new and existing clients, while providing administrative support to the Stage Write team, maintaining the highest standards of customer service. 

Responsibilities:
– Answer client questions via email, chat portal, phone line
– Coordinate and manage customer tech support
– Manage projects for clients
– Accept/Coordinate payments
– Perform administrative duties, maintain customer database
– Act as liason between customers and internal tech team
– Be a brand ambassador of Stage Write

Requirements:
– Passion for guest service
– Superior attention to details
– Proficient user of Stage Write Software
– Excellent communication skills 
– Proficient user of Word, Excel 
– Uphold excellent standards for professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
