Seeking: Freelance Digital Ads Manager
Company XIV fuses dance, theater, circus, opera, burlesque and decadent design to create one-of-a-kind theatrical experiences inspired by the court culture which flourished under the reign of Louis XIV. Founded by Artistic Director Austin McCormick in 2006, the company produces several 360-degree immersive productions annually at its 175-seat Théâtre XIV in Bushwick, Brooklyn. XIV’s commitment to pushing boundaries is unparalleled, employing dozens of eclectic artists annually in immersive and genre-defying baroque burlesque productions. Recent mainstage events include Nutcracker Rouge, Cinderella and Queen of Hearts.
Company XIV seeks a proficient freelance Digital Ads Manager to help manage the proliferation of XIV’s decadent communiqué through multiple media channels. Ads Manager will be chiefly responsible for building and reporting on ad campaigns.

-Refine SEO for companyxiv.com
-Review user experience on companyxiv.com and remit suggestions for improvement.
-Develop and install analytics tracking for companxiv.com and third party ticketing agent website (OvationTix).
-Report on referrals, conversions, ROASand other KPIs weekly.
-Develop quarterly digital advertising plans and budget.
-Draft digital advertising briefs.
-Analyze and report on XIV ticket-buyers to isolate and develop customer profiles and personas.
-Build and refine target audiences in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display Network, Google Adwords and other channels.
-Identify other trackable digital media channels.
-Draft enticing copy for ads.
-Upload/deliver creative assets.
-Publish and monitor ad campaigns.
-Update campaign billing details as needed.
-3+ years digital advertising experience, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display Network and Google Adwords, with a proven track record of delivering conversions.
-Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
-Demonstrable experience targeting theater, entertainment and nightlife seekers.
-Self motivated work ethic, sees things through to completion.
-Very organized with excellent written communication skills.
-Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc.)
-A genuine love for numbers, data and spreadsheets.
-Experience with SquareSpace.
-Experience working with OvationTix helpful but not required.
