DESCRIPTION

Real estate brokerage/advisory firm is looking to hire a Part Time Administrative Assistant for their New York City office! This position will be handling general office administration duties (ordering supplies, liaising with the IT Support Company, onboarding new hires, scanning/faxing, etc.). Candidates must be self-sufficient and comfortable working in a small office, as the firm is headquartered in the Midwest

Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

 Location: Midtown Manhattan

 Hours: 8:30am-12:30pm

 Compensation: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support including: managing travel arrangements, processing expense reports, managing group calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing and managing filing system

-Manage team communications, including routing phone calls and emails and coordinating conference calls -Update and maintain contact information in Outlook -Sort and prioritize mail -Process correspondence, letters, memos, etc.

-Copy documents as necessary, primarily incoming deal memos and presentations -Create PowerPoint presentations, prepare basic Excel spreadsheets

-Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

– Highly technically proficient

– adept at MS Office and comfortable with basic computer troubleshooting-years previous administrative experience

-3+ years of administrative experience

-Excellent communication & writing skills

-Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deal with multiple brokers at any given time under minimal supervision

SALARY

$20/hr
