ROBERTA: Female, Mid 60’s-Early 70’s. Has worked in administration at Hillcrest for many years. She is warm and means well, if also obstinate and stubborn. When she offends, it is unwittingly; her confusion is genuine. The world is changing faster than she can keep up.
