Temp, Temp to Perm and Direct Hire Administrative and Customer Support Positions

Who I am and What I do: My name is Stephen Wovna and I am a Recruiter for Administrative and Customer Support for a wide variety of industries. As a former actor myself, I understand the nature of the theatre business and the potential need for supplemental income without any commitments. In addition, I know how hard it can be to change career paths and using a Recruiter may be a great resource to help you!
Opportunities available: The positions I work on can be anywhere from Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Reception, Office Manager and Customer Service Representatives and Event Staff. The industries vary anywhere from non-profits, startups, media, fashion, beauty, finance, accounting and law. All of these opportunities are either Temporary (can be as little as 1 day), Temp to Perm (when a job starts off temporary without an intent to go permanent), and Direct Hire.
Compensation: Day-to-day and week-to-week opportunities range anywhere from $15-20ph. Temp to Perm typically start off at $15-20ph and have the potential to convert anywhere from $38-50k annually which is also a good range for a direct hire position as well.
What you would need: Flexibility. Prior administrative and customer service experience is a plus!
Schedule: Day-to-day opportunities can vary at all times of the day but typically stay within normal business hours of Monday through Friday within 8am-6pm which is where most of the Temp to Perm and Direct Hire positions would stay within as well.
