Talent Agency is seeking a Part-Time Assistant.
We are looking for an energetic, focused, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the NYC Office. Someone who is a team player and is able to take initiative on tasks as well as anticipate the needs of the agents.
Responsibilities include: Managing heavy phone/email communication, coordinating client meetings and calendars, invoice and deal memo prep, internet research, filing, social media, and extensive work with casting websites. Calling clients for audition confirmations and prepping submissions; while learning about the entertainment industry and interacting with top-level industry professionals. Someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about Theatre is a plus. Previous office and administrative experience, as well as a passion for working in the entertainment industry, is necessary. Must be extremely detailed, organized and possess a high level of initiative. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors is key. Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft office, word and excel is a must.
Schedule is approximately 4 hours/day, 5 days/week. Please email resume and cover letter.
