Position Summary:
Assisting the purchasing, logistics, and finance teams with submitting, tracking, and accepting all orders.
Responsibilities:
- Completing weekly inventory and sales analysis
- Creating and submitting purchase orders to vendors for all shows
- Updating PO/JSR Log daily with shipment tracking information
- Tracking discontinued products
- Account managing selected shows
- Creating Proposal/Special project catalogs
- Preparing quarterly asset analysis meeting
- Tracking, organizing, and labeling all blanks/samples sent to office
- Assisting Purchasing/Finance team with special tasks
- General email communication and vendor correspondence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, PowerPoint, LucidPress
- Experience in NetSuite a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
