Seeking non-equity performers for various roles in the 2019 season. The Lost Colony is performed at the Waterside Theatre, an outdoor amphitheater on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

John Borden, 20-30s – A tenant farmer from Devon, England. A natural born leader; rugged and practical. Stage combat training/experience is a plus.
Sir Walter Raleigh, 30s – Well educated descendant of the landed gentry. Witty intellectual and flatterer who appealed to the Queen’s intellect, vanity, and sense of fun. Dreams of establishing a colony in the New World. Handsome, despised by the court, but highly respected by his friends and relatives in the West Country of England.
Manteo, 20-30s – Member of the coastal Algonquian tribe. His village befriended the English colonists. Stage combat training/experience is a plus.
Wanchese, 20-30s – Member of the Algonquian tribe that lived on the North end of Roanoke Island. He becomes leader of his people. Stage combat training/experience is a plus.
Old Tom Harris – a hard lived 40s. Contemporary of Sir Walter Raleigh. Well educated. Someone who has lost their way and rediscovers himself in the New World. Comedic role. Should be able to carry a tune.
Father Martin – 40s and older. Anglican minister who travels with the colonists to the New World.
