The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to perform the following duties and responsibilities:    -Supervision of crew during assigned events  -Oversight of safety and security on stage and support areas  -Complete and submit in a timely manner time sheet for both professional and student crews  -Preparation of needed in house equipment for all events prior to the event  -Reading Event notices to ensure understanding of event needs and crew hired prior to event  -Preparation and submit in a timely manner equipment charge backs for events  -Ensure appropriate use of technical systems, such as lighting, audio and rail  -Review and update event notices and other relevant paperwork as event happens to ensure we have notes of what happened on each event should the client return  -Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all technical equipment and operating systems  -Technical advancement of events with clients via all forms of communication as assigned  -Responsibility of organization and cleaning of all spaces  -Review and bring to the attention of the Director of Production any production or safety issues  -To create and nurture professional work relationships through out all departments  -Attend production meetings as requested  -Act as Stage Manager for events as needed  

Required Qualifications:
