TheaterWorksUSA is seeking part-time customer service talent to join our front desk team at the newly renovated TWStudios: Chelsea, (formerly Chelsea Studios). Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, answering phones and emails, scheduling rentals, processing rental agreements, maintaining a professional environment, etc. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, and outgoing – this is the job for you. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience.
While the position is flexible, we are primarily looking for candidates with evening and weekend availability. Evening shifts are from 6pm – 9:30pm; weekend shifts range from 8:30am – 9:30pm. Please do not apply if you are not available on evenings and weekends.
